Symposium poster session to showcase students’ data-driven work

Purdue students in The Data Mine learning community will showcase their 2022-23 work with industry partners from 4-6 p.m. April 24 at the Data Mine Corporate Partners Symposium poster session.

After three years of conducting the symposium virtually, this year’s event will take place in person at the Purdue Memorial Union’s North and South ballrooms. Nearly 80 projects from 55 corporate partnerships will be presented.

The Data Mine program is open to undergraduate and graduate students from every college, program and major who are interested in data science – the scientific method of gathering data and gaining insight from it. The work focuses on problem-solving and encompasses areas like artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Faculty, staff and students are welcome to attend, and registration is not required. For more information and a full list of 2022-23 corporate partners, visit the symposium webpage.
