Remember to submit international travel requests in Concur before winter recess

Due to the upcoming winter recess, Purdue employees will soon need to submit international trip requests in Concur if they are traveling internationally for university business.

Employees must submit their requests no later than Friday, Dec. 16, if they will be traveling over the winter recess, which starts Dec. 23, through Jan. 6, 2023.  All other requests are to be submitted no later than two weeks prior to the departure date.  Please note that it takes at least 24-48 hours after submission for Concur requests to appear in reports.
