Faculty, staff invited to ‘Adobe Academic Essentials’ workshop series

Adobe is hosting a new free workshop series for faculty and staff looking to make better use of Adobe creative tools in their work and to help teach students new digital skills. The one-hour virtual sessions are geared toward all disciplines and backgrounds – not just art, design or photography.

The series, titled “Adobe Academic Essentials,” will cover foundational skills and teaching applications using Adobe creative tools.

Through the hands-on series, participants will learn to quickly:

  • Create impactful presentations.
  • Visualize and tell stories with data.
  • Use podcasts, video and more.

Attending faculty and staff will have the opportunity to follow along and earn accredited badges, including an Adobe Analytics for Teaching and Learning certification. Speed and ease of use will be key themes, featuring the new Adobe Express to help faculty and students get started with a much lower learning curve.

More information about the series and registration are available online.
