Plant scientists find recipe for anti-cancer compound in herbs

Natalia Dudareva, a Distinguished Professor of Biochemistry in Purdue’s College of Agriculture, led a team of researchers that mapped the biosynthetic pathway of an anti-cancer compound found in oregano and thyme, opening the door to potential pharmaceutical use.

Purdue Memorial Union ground floor reopens as new Atlas Family Marketplace

The ground floor of the Purdue Memorial Union, now known as the Atlas Family Marketplace, reopened for the start of the spring semester, following a $47 million renovation to overhaul 67,000 square feet and provide 12 retail dining venues.
