Reminder: Access to behavioral health resources available, information continues to be shared
As acknowledged via one of the five pillars of the Healthy Boiler Program, behavioral health plays a key role in overall employee well-being. Referred to by many names – behavioral health, mental health, emotional well-being and more – one thing is certain, it’s important. Purdue understands that raising awareness about mental health needs and ensuring that resources are readily available is an everyday necessity, even more so in today’s environment.
With that said, Human Resources is continuing its long-term initiative to help the Purdue community learn about resources and training opportunities so that we all have the help, support and information we need. Featured on the Human Resources website, employees will find the Mental Health Resources web page, which provides a list of available resources, such as:
- Assistance Now – Crisis / Immediate Help
- Apps and Online Digital Resources
- Suicide Prevention Resources
