The Education Committee in the Diversity Action Team in Agriculture organized a “Chew On This” event on April 21 at the Asian American and Asian Resource and Cultural Center. The Purdue community was invited to help plant a culturally-themed garden and to learn more about the partnership between the Purdue Student Farm and the Cultural Center Gardens. Chris Adair, Purdue Student Farm Manager, will lead work to prepare some container gardens with herbs, Bok Choi and Pak Choy. Members from the Latino Cultural Center and Native American Educational and Cultural Center also attended.
