HLA at Spring Fest – HLA Happenings

HLA at Spring Fest

HLA’s tent at Spring Fest was a wild success this year.  HLA faculty, staff, graduate students and our HLA Undergraduate Student Ambassadors volunteered to help create plant necklaces for the public. Members of PASLA had an activity table for children. Purdue Extension Master Gardener volunteers from Tippecanoe County helped answer gardening questions and provided demonstrations on container gardening. Purdue Horticulture Club and the Purdue Student Farm all helped with the plant sale.

Thanks to everyone who volunteered this year, and thanks to Jamie Moffatt and Pam Fisher for helping with the logistics.
