Purdue Agriculture Communication featured a story on the Varala Lab’s recent publication in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences: Purdue-USDA team develops fast-track process for genetic improvement of plant traits. The story has also been featured in the US Department of Energy’s University and Stakeholder News.



The Hoagland Lab joined the Midwest Microbiome Symposium hosted this year by Purdue from 13th through 15th May at Beck Center. Henrique Petry and Cristian Salinas, both PhD students, presented their posters on nanoplastics effect on tomato and lettuce microbiome and coffee root endophytes response to legume intercropping.
