Prospective Students
Introducing Purdue
This is our first recommendation for you as a prospective student. This is a full-day visit, including an Engineering Information Session providing an overview of the majors and programs here in the College of Engineering and opportunities for student life, research, work experience, study abroad, and more! The afternoon includes academic and student program information, sessions, and tours.
Registration for our Fall 2026 Introducing Purdue event is now open.

Admissions Daily Visit
Most Mondays and Fridays,
10:00 am – 12:00 pm EST
We encourage our guests to register for a Daily Visit offered through the Office of Admissions. The Daily Visit experience begins at 10:00 am and concludes around 12:00 pm. This timing is designed to allow guests, following their visit with the Office of Admissions, to have time for lunch before attending the Engineering Information Session, which begins at 1:15 pm.
Engineering Information Sessions
Most Mondays and Fridays,
1:15 pm – 2:15 pm EST
Led by members of the Office of Future Engineers in Indianapolis, the Engineering Information Session (EIS) provides an overview of the majors and programs in the College of Engineering, as well as opportunities for student life, research, internships, work experience, study abroad, and more. Guests will also have the opportunity to speak directly with current engineering students.

Purdue’s For Me
This is our first recommendation to you as an admitted student. Plus an afternoon filled with academic major and programs sessions and tours.
Registration for Spring 2027 Purdue’s For Me event will open in the coming months.

Admitted Student Live Broadcast Series
Purdue Engineering Live is a series of live, virtual events that focus on a particular aspect of Purdue Engineering and feature a panel of current students, staff and/or faculty. These events are exclusively for admitted students and their families to allow them to learn more about Purdue Engineering and ask questions in real-time interactions.

Office Drop-In Hours
Tuesday-Thursday 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Stop by the Office of Future Engineers in Indianapolis located in Suite 101 of the Technology Building (ET on the campus map) from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. You’ll have the opportunity to look over our materials, ask questions, and speak with our staff and current engineering students about the engineering degree programs and available resources.
