The Indiana CTSI has made available a shared license for QIAGEN’s Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA), a powerful analysis and search tool that uncovers the significance of ‘omics data and identifies new targets or candidate biomarkers within the context of biological systems. With its many features, IPA allows you to quickly understand and visualize your data. IU, Purdue, and Notre Dame researchers can purchase sub-licenses to use this product.
If you’re interested in learning more, please attend the free IPA training workshop. The hands-on session is led by a QIAGEN field application scientist and will focus mainly on the biological interpretation of expression data, including RNA-seq. This live web-based hands-on training session training session is geared for new and existing users. We will mainly focus on biological interpretation of expression data (including RNA-seq). Using IPA you will learn how to rapidly:
You will also learn to explore IPA's knowledge & discovery tools that allow you to relate the most recent literature findings to your research.
