Abby Eddy
Senior Director Brand Strategy
Abby Eddy brings a creative, unconventional path to her role as director of brand at Purdue Global, where she leads brand strategy and integrated marketing efforts that elevate the institution’s voice and reach. She oversees a cross-functional team and works across partnerships, content and campaign development to connect with audiences in ways that are both strategic and unexpected.
Her interest in marketing started early — from building sales strategies as a Girl Scout to promoting her own cello performances — long before she formally studied the field. That blend of creativity and business instinct carried through her career, which includes roles in the performing arts, where she developed marketing strategies for orchestras and live productions. Those experiences shaped her ability to coordinate complex, high-stakes work while keeping storytelling at the center.
At Purdue Global, Abby has led major brand initiatives, including a comprehensive rebrand and high-impact partnerships tied to global events like the Olympic Games. She is known for pushing boundaries, asking thoughtful questions and finding new ways for brands to show up authentically in culture.
Abby holds a master’s degree in strategic communication from Purdue University. Outside of work, she continues to pursue her passion for music, performing cello and bringing the same creative energy to her life as she does to her work.
