Training and Resources for Staff and Faculty
We offer two types of in-person trainings throughout the semester - Basic Refresh Training and Advanced Training.
Basic Refresh Training will cover topics like the philosophy and global expectations surround use of the system, tips, tricks and best practices, documentation best practices, and nuances around appointment scheduling/appointment campaigns. If you are newer to BoilerConnect and have already met with your Department Trainer, this is a great training for you.

November 3, 2022 -- 8:30-9:30am
Advanced Training will cover topics like organizing your assigned student list, using the advanced search feature effectively, utilizing alerts (referrals), and report options in BoilerConnect. If you are confident in your basic use of the system and are ready to learn more this is the training for you!
