Winter recess and holiday payroll schedule and deadlines

PP26

The deadline for bi-weekly pay period 26 (PP26) is Monday, Dec. 18, 2023. All time must be entered and submitted in SuccessFactors by 10 a.m.

PP01

Managers need to approve pay period 01 (PP01), Dec. 18, 2023 to Dec. 31, 2023, timesheets by Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2024 at 10 a.m.

For the days designated as part of the winter recess, Dec. 27, 28 and 29, 2023, non-exempt, benefits-eligible employees will need to submit a leave request for “Other Leave (with Pay).”  

Other Leave (with Pay) Quick Reference Guide is available for guidance. Exempt employees will be paid normally and do not need to take any steps to record time not worked during the winter recess.
