End-of-year cutoff dates for offers, onboarding

Due to a payroll system integration, Administrative Operations will be observing cutoff dates for offers and onboarding. All offers must be extended by Dec. 13 and all new hire paperwork, including section 2 of the I-9 that requires in-person verification, is to be completed by Dec. 15. New hires who start after Dec. 4 will attend orientation on Jan. 8, 2024. These dates apply to:

• All new hires (student service, graduate student, temp, faculty, staff, etc.)
• All faculty and staff add additional appointments
• All faculty and staff transfers

Hiring will resume when we return from Winter Recess on Jan. 2, 2024. Administrative Operations January orientation dates are Jan. 8 and Jan. 22 and then every two weeks after that.
