Weekday, weekend parking impacts for May 13-16 commencement ceremonies

Purdue West Lafayette campus spring commencement ceremonies are scheduled May 13-16, and a number of parking locations in the vicinity of Elliott Hall of Music will be reserved for attendees and event support. 

The following parking locations will be unavailable to the campus community from 7 a.m. on Friday (May 13) through 5 p.m. on Monday (May 16):

• Gravel lot north of Lawson Computer Science Building
• Half of the lot north of the Armory
• The majority of spaces northwest of Elliott Hall of Music
• Select ramps of the University Street Parking Garage

During this time, alternate parking will be available in the University Street Parking Garage with the exception of designated ramps and in the Northwestern Avenue Parking Garage.

Motorists, pedestrians and bicyclists should be aware of an increase in traffic and use caution in the area.
