Reminder: RSVP for virtual Building Deputy meeting by April 1

As a reminder, building deputies are asked to RSVP to one of three sessions for this year’s virtual Spring Building Deputy Meetings.

The sessions will take place at the following dates and times: 

  • Wednesday, April 28, 8:30-10:00 a.m.
  • Wednesday, April 28, 1:30-3:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, April 29, 10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Building deputies should RSVP for only one session by completing this survey by April 1, 2021.

Facilities Operations will follow up with an Outlook invite, which will include the Zoom link for the session you are attending and meeting agenda. 

In an effort to answer questions efficiently, building deputies can complete this survey ahead of the meetings.
