2017 flexible spending account claims need to be submitted by Saturday
Human Resources is reminding employees who used flexible spending accounts -- health care flexible spending accounts, limited purpose flexible spending accounts and dependent care flexible spending accounts -- in 2017 that the deadline to submit claims for reimbursement is Saturday (March 31). Any funds remaining in accounts after March 31 will be forfeited.
Employees needing to submit a claim can use the PayFlex Reimbursement Account Claim Form. For assistance filing a claim, refer to the PayFlex Reimbursement Accounts Claim Form Filing Guidelines.
