New sponsor video featured on Transform Purdue website; President Daniels shows support

As Purdue's transformation project moves forward, several sources of information are available to keep faculty and staff updated on the project, including sponsor videos introduced in July. Bill Sullivan, treasurer and chief financial officer, was featured in the first video. The transformation project is a two-year plan focused on redesigning and transforming business processes that allow us to streamline, simply, organize and automate how Purdue University operates.

Message from Mitch Daniels

This month, President Mitch Daniels is featured and shares his support of the project and his belief -- as is Sullivan’s -- that now is the time for change. His video also highlights pain points that were identified during the initial phases of the project, and sets the stage for how Purdue will do business better as a result of the transformation. Continued emphasis on communication 

Communications will continue to be shared via numerous outlets, including the Transform Purdue website, Transform Purdue blog, Transform@Purdue newsletter, Purdue Today and more, in order to keep the Purdue community up-to-date with progress being made within each respective project.

Key Messages are also being delivered monthly to university leadership, change network members, the advisory committee and APSAC and CSSAC chairs in order to ensure everyone has the most recent project-specific information on hand.
