University policy update

The Executive Policy Review Group approved updates to the policy on Effort Reporting (II.C.1) effective today (April 11). The updates stem from new regulations on reporting requirements and include:

* Separation of the procedures from the policy.

* Inclusion of a definition for Institutional Base Salary.

* Implementation of a variance standard for payroll adjustments.
