Faculty and Staff News

Open enrollment for faculty, staff 2020 benefits ends at 6 p.m. ET Tuesday

All faculty and staff (excludes students and graduate staff) on Purdue’s West Lafayette, Fort Wayne and Northwest campuses are strongly encouraged to actively enroll for 2020 benefits by 6 p.m. ET Tuesday (Nov. 12). Some benefits require the employee to provide additional information, such as tobacco user certification and spousal coverage.

Employees are asked to review summary report if they enrolled for 2020 benefits before Nov. 8

Employees who enrolled for 2020 benefits before Friday (Nov. 8) are asked to review their saved or printed benefit summary statement carefully, and perhaps log back into the system to review their statement. Human Resources was notified of an issue with the Benefitfocus tool, which affected some employees regarding their responses to the survey questions (tobacco usage and working spouse).
