Purdue is dedicated to providing students with world-class project management training in support of
their personal and professional development.
To this end, we have developed proprietary content available to students through our online learning platform.

Enrollees in our project management courses are required to purchase A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, (PMBOK® Guide) — an essential component of both the Project Management Essentials and Project Management Professional (PMP)® Exam Preparation courses.

Purdue provides PMP Exam Preparation students complimentary 90-day access to the PMtraining online practice test website (a $59 value).

Students who enroll in both the Project Management Essentials and Project Management Professional (PMP)® Exam Preparation courses will receive a 10% discount on the total fee of the courses.

Program Prerequisites Course Fee
Project Management Essentials (PME) None $1,975
PMP® Exam Preparation® Open to PME course graduates. Rare exceptions can be made for those already familiar with the PMBOK® Guide. Email a Program Advisor for more information. (View PMI exam prerequisites) $1,195

Purdue’s registration system accepts all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For corporate or group enrollments, students may elect to receive a bill, which can be arranged through a Program Advisor.

If payment through an invoice is desired, it must be submitted to Purdue a minimum of 15 days prior to the course start date allowing for a payment due date to be prior to the first day of class.

Any student not in paid status at the first day of the class will not have access to course materials until payment is received.

Any student whose company has elected to pay through invoice and has an unpaid balance with Purdue will not receive a credential or certificate upon course completion until payment is received in full.

Course Transfers

Once a course has started, changing a student’s registration from that course section to another section (e.g. offered at a different time) is not allowed.
Prior to a course start date, if a student is registered for a course section then wishes to take a different section of the course, the students who self-registered online or by phone must drop the course and re-register for another section.

PMP Exam Prep is a instructor-led course and there are no refunds. A transfer to a later session may be permitted under rare circumstances. Purdue reviews these requests on a case-by-case basis and requires students to pay a $250 transfer fee.
