Referral Bonus Program

Do you know someone who would be a good fit for our Administrative Operations team? Are you interested in making an extra $500?

The Referral Bonus Program is open to all current Administrative Operations staff who successfully refer someone for any open position within the organization.

Eligibility

In order to be eligible, the referred candidate must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a new Purdue employee
  • Meet the qualifications for an existing, open position with Administrative Operations
  • Complete a 90-day provisional period
  • Must put the employee’s name in the job application in SuccessFactors

The employee doing the referring must:

  • Be an Administrative Operations staff member who is not at the Vice President level or above, a member of Human Resources or a manager with hiring authority over the referred candidate.
  • Complete an online form before the referred candidate starts the new position
    • Employees must complete the online form before the candidate starts the position. If not, you will not be eligible for the referral bonus.
