Retirement of Tari Gemmecke

Tari Gemmecke, a business assistant working with Energy and Utilities, will retire from Purdue University on Friday, Oct. 31 after 40 years of service. Tari has been at the university since April 1985 when she started as a clerk in Procurement Services. In 1990, she moved to Property Accounting, then to Endowment Accounting in 1994, and finally to the business office in 1998. She has been assisting with Energy and Utilities ever since. 

A reception will be held for Tari on Wednesday, Oct. 29 from 1-3 p.m. at the Purdue Village Administration Building (PVAB) located at 250 Nimitz Drive. Everyone is welcome to attend to wish her well in retirement!
