High Alpha
Purdue has partnered with High Alpha, a leading venture studio that conceives, launches, and scales next-gen business-to-business software. This partnership is an effort to fulfill Purdue’s commitment to expand the university’s academic and research excellence to the state capital by creating new knowledge, supporting startups, and connecting talents with industry.
As a result, Purdue team members have access to a variety of spaces at the High Alpha building, located on Massachusetts Avenue, including offices, conference rooms, meeting space, and event space.

Reservation Process
Step 1: Submit the Space Reservation Request Form.
Step 2: A Purdue University team member will respond with confirmation within 48 business hours.
Suites 5/6 and 7/8
Each suite can accommodate up to 10 people and includes a private office, whiteboard, counterspace, and mini fridge. There is an adjoined conference room that separates suites 5 and 6, as well as suites 7 and 8. The conference room can seat up to 7 people and is equipped with meeting technology.


Suite 10
Suite 10 can accommodate approximately 24 people and includes two private offices, a whiteboard, counterspace, a refrigerator, and private phone booths. There is also an adjoined conference room that can seat up to eight people and is equipped with meeting technology.

Social Hub & Sky DEck
Use of High Alpha’s 4th and 5th floor event space, known as the Sky Deck and Social Hub, is not included within Purdue’s leased space. Depending on the time and size of the event, rental fees may apply.
A discount is available if reserving both the Social Hub and Sky Deck after hours.
Reservation Process
Step 1: Submit your High Alpha Request Form with as much notice as possible.
Step 2: High Alpha will follow up within 48 hours. High Alpha’s Hospitality Manager will schedule a Zoom Kickoff meeting to review the event request form and walk through our planning template.
