Purdue University Fire Department

The Purdue University Fire Department (PUFD) responds to both fire and emergency medical service needs of the University. PUFD is located on Third Street, just west of Martin Jischke Drive. PUFD provides paramedic and emergency medical technician support to Purdue and the surrounding area. The department maintains mutual aid agreements with all local paid and volunteer fire departments and with the Tippecanoe County Emergency Ambulance Service (TEAS). 

Purdue University Police Department

Law enforcement is managed by the Purdue University Police Department (PUPD), which also maintains mutual aid agreements with the surrounding law enforcement agencies. Dispatching services are provided by both PUPD and the Tippecanoe County Sheriff’s Department (TCSD).

Purdue University Student Health Center

The Purdue University Student Health Center (PUSH), located on campus, provides limited outpatient services including a pharmacy for the University student body.
