Performance management self-assessments to be completed March 2-16

Some important dates and deadlines for the 2025-2026 performance management period are listed below for Administrative Operations staff.
- March 2-16: Employees complete a self-assessment of their goals and competencies.
- Employees need to rate each goal, competency and enter comments.
- March 17-April 3: Managers complete draft annual performance reviews for their direct reports.
- Managers should not deliver reviews to staff at this time.
