Additional resources available, training dates announced for Ariba Guided Buying
As the Ariba Guided Buying project continues, a new video is now available on the Procurement Services Guided Buying webpage to share what is to come with the launch on Dec. 8.
The video, the second in the miniseries, showcases a new feature that will allow individuals without Ariba roles or training to view catalogs and pricing in the system. This capability provides greater transparency and better planning tools than are available today.
Additionally, Ariba Guided Buying training is being offered in early December and January. Requisitioners, fiscal approvers and invoice reconcilers should plan to register for and attend one of the following training sessions using the links below.
Receivers do not need to complete formal training. Updated documentation and videos will be released the week of Dec. 1 for individuals with this role.
