Reminder: RSVP for Administrative Operations staff appreciation meal
As a reminder, the deadline to RSVP to the Administrative Operations staff appreciation meal is Friday, Oct. 3.
The meal will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 15. AO staff may choose to attend one of the following three options:
- 6-7 a.m., Stewart Center, room 302
- 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m., Armory
- 6:30-7:30 p.m., Stewart Center, room 302
Paid/Unpaid Attendance
AO staff are invited to attend the event during their regularly scheduled shift in paid status.
Staff scheduled on the evening or night shifts and those not normally scheduled to work during the day Oct. 15 are invited to attend the daytime meal but not in pay status.
Temporary staff can attend as work schedules permit but not in pay status.
Parking
Armory
Staff may park in the University Street Parking Garage with relaxed parking enforcement scheduled for 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
Staff may also park in the Grant Street or Harrison Street Parking Garages at hourly rates.
Please consider carpooling with other employees in your area to reduce parking demand.
Stewart Center
Parking will be relaxed after 5 p.m. in the Wood Street Parking Garage or in the lot north of Pao Hall of Visual and Performing Arts.
