Purdue Food Co. introduces new on-campus dining options
Purdue Food Co. is unveiling three new dining options for the West Lafayette location this fall, replacing Aatish, Au Bon Pain and Saladworks. The additions include Choolaah Indian BBQ, Centennial Station and Clean Plate, each bringing fresh flavors and new experiences to campus dining.
Choolaah Indian BBQ will replace Aatish in the Purdue Memorial Union’s Atlas Family Marketplace. Choolaah offers casual Indian cuisine. The menu includes popular dishes such as masalas, paneer, samosas and mango lassi.
Centennial Station will take over Au Bon Pain along Purdue’s Centennial Mall. Designed as a convenient stop for anyone on the go, this café-style restaurant will offer breakfast and lunch sandwiches, soups, baked goods and coffee. Guests can choose to dine in or take advantage of quick grab-and-go service.
Clean Plate, replacing Saladworks, offers customizable salads and wraps. As a certified AllerCheck™ location, Clean Plate includes a dedicated allergy-friendly station that meets national food safety standards and offers peace of mind for those with dietary restrictions.
These new locations are designed to enhance the variety and quality of dining options across campus. They join the existing lineup of Purdue Food Co. concepts and will open for the start of the fall semester.
