Final opportunity this fiscal year to help shape the future of Administrative Operations

Administrative Operations is conducting our final quarterly survey of FY25 to continue measuring the pulse of our organization. This ongoing feedback helps us track progress, identify trends and set priorities for FY26.

We have already seen improvement as our Net Promoter Score (NPS) increased from 4.39 to 11.59 between September and March.

All AO staff are once again encouraged to participate in this quarter’s survey, which should only take a minute or two to complete. Staff have until 11:59 p.m. on Friday, June 20 to complete the survey.
