EvoSuites updates launch May 5 with new features to improve user experience
EvoSuites is getting an upgrade! Beginning May 5, users will notice several new features and enhancements based on user feedback. These improvements aim to streamline functionality and improve the user experience across EvoNotify, EvoOrder and EvoPlan.
EvoNotify:
- Maintenance notifications will now require a building code, helping building deputies and the Work Request Center route orders more accurately.
- Sub-basements will be available for selection in request forms.
- Users can now filter requests by room and floor, offering more precision when submitting service needs.
EvoOrder:
- Maintenance staff will be able to add components directly to work orders.
- New fields will allow users to specify unloading points and goods recipients.
- Orders will now display building code, floor and room details in the order screen.
- Users can set processing indicators on orders with object lists.
- A “Print Order Detail” option will be available for those who need hard copies of work orders.
- Supervisors will have the ability to mass update user statuses.
EvoPlan:
- New order types for Grounds and Building Services will be added for improved tracking and management.
- Additional features will be visible in the system but will require further development and evaluation before becoming fully functional.
