Reminder: Survey available for Materials Management and Distribution services

Auxiliary Services, a unit within the Administrative Operation organization, invites West Lafayette building deputies to participate in a survey to help gather feedback for Materials Management and Distribution (MMAD) services. The MMAD department provides mail distribution services, shipping and receiving, university surplus and warehouse storage for the West Lafayette location.

As someone who commonly engages with our teams, your feedback is valuable and will help us assess operational strengths and areas for improvement.

This survey is being distributed using a variety of methods for faculty and staff. If you receive it more than once, you only need to complete the survey one time. The survey can be accessed by using this link. It will remain open through Wednesday, April 9.
