The deadline for bi-weekly pay period 26 (PP26) is Monday, December 16, 2024, and all time must be entered and submitted in Success Factors by 10 p.m. that day.
PP01
Managers need to approve pay period 01 (PP01), December 16, 2024 – December 29, 2024, timesheets by Thursday, Jan. 2, 2025 at 10 a.m.
For the days designated as part of the winter recess – Dec. 26, Dec. 27, Dec. 30, and Dec. 31, 2024 – non-exempt, benefits-eligible employees will need to submit a leave request for “Other Leave (with Pay).”
A Other Leave (with Pay) Quick Reference Guide is available for guidance. Exempt employees will be paid normally and do not need to take any steps to record time not worked during the winter recess.
