Administrative Operations is conducting a second quarterly employee engagement survey to continue measuring the pulse of the organization.
The benefit of a pulse survey is that it includes one question that asks employees how likely they are to recommended AO to a friend or colleague. This type of survey is called a net promoter score (NPS) and is the gold standard of customer experience metrics.
An employee engagement survey conducted in July 2023 showed AO had an NPS score of 2.0, and in our first pulse survey in September, AO’s results were a 4.39. NPS scoring framework means above 0 is good, above 20 is favorable, above 50 is excellent, and above 80 is world-class.
All AO staff are once again encouraged to participate in this quarter’s survey, which should only take a minute or two to complete. Staff have until 11:59 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 13 to complete the survey.
