Purdue Research Foundation COVID-19 experts can advise on economic management and recovery during and after crisis

Below is a list of economic, entrepreneurial and business experts from Purdue University Research Foundation’s Discovery Park District and the Purdue Foundry who can talk about economic management and recovery during and following the COVID-19 crisis. Combined, these experts have nearly 150 years of experience in economic development and were actively involved in economic recovery of the late 1990s dot-com bubble and the 2007 economic crisis.

Community development for entrepreneurship and innovation

Greg Deason, Purdue Research Foundation senior vice president of entrepreneurship and place making

As one of the founders of the Purdue Foundry entrepreneurial hub, Deason has been bringing together resources, people and partners to create and support small business for more than 30 years. Developing an entrepreneurial ecosystem to support innovation and growth, he can speak to the importance of partnerships between industry, research and talent.
