Purdue provides parking, other information for Tyler Trent memorial Wednesday (Jan. 9)

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. — Purdue University has provided information for those planning to attend the candlelight memorial Wednesday evening (Jan. 9) for Tyler Trent, who died of cancer on Jan. 1.  The memorial also will be livestreamed.

What: Candlelight memorial for Tyler Trent, the alumnus and superfan whose spirit in the face of cancer captivated hearts around the nation.

Time/date: 6 p.m. Wednesday (Jan. 9).

Place: In front of Hovde Hall.

Parking: Public parking will be available in the Northwestern Parking Garage. Entrances are on Northwestern Avenue and Grant Street.

Livestream: Those wishing to watch the memorial can do so here.

Note to journalists: Media parking will be available on the service road between the Purdue Mall and the Materials and Electrical Engineering Building.
