Purdue University receives six proposals for student housing project

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. —Purdue University on Friday (April 20) received proposals from six teams in response to its Request for Proposals to develop, design, build, finance, operate and maintain two new student housing facilities, which would add a total of 1,100 new beds, on the West Lafayette campus. Proposer teams include the following:

• American Campus Communities

• Capstone Development Partners

• EdR

• Plenary – Corvias

• Servitas, LLC

• Trinitas

The university, which is being advised by a team consisting of KPMG, Jones Lang LaSalle, Ayers Saint Gross and Mayer Brown, will be reviewing the proposals over the coming weeks and is expected to announce shortlisted proposers by mid-May and its preferred developer by the end of July.
