WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. — Pre-sale tickets for the 61st Purdue Grand Prix on April 21 are now available and, for the first time, can be purchased using credit or debit cards.

Tickets purchased before April 21 are $7. Tickets at the gate will be $10. They can be purchased in person through Purdue Conferences in Stewart Center, Room 116. No tickets will be sold at the Grand Prix office this year. To purchase tickets online, click here.

The Grand pPrix raises money for student scholarships. Each year, the foundation awards more than $10,000 to students based on their community involvement, academic achievement and need. Scholarships are $500 per student awarded. Applications for the scholarships are open and available here. They are due by 11 p.m. Feb. 2.

Applications for the ambassador and Grand Prix queen programs also are available.

Two ambassadors are selected to help represent the Grand Prix to the university and local community. Ambassadors receive a $1,000 scholarship. Apply to be an ambassador here.

The Purdue Grand Prix queen program is designed to highlight students that identify as female and are of high academic standing. The queen helps promote the Grand Prix on campus and in the community.

This program seeks to provide a developmental experience by allowing the involved individuals to build skills such as effective communication, self-management and creativity through promotion of the Purdue Grand Prix Foundation. Applications for Grand Prix queen will be open until 11 p.m. on Feb. 2.
