Top business leaders to speak during Krannert executive forum

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. — Leaders from the world of business and entrepreneurship will be featured this fall in the Krannert School of Management Executive Forum.

The forum gives students an opportunity to exchange ideas and discuss issues facing business and management. The forum is a management class featuring a diverse group of leaders.

Forum sessions are set for 11:30 a.m. to 12:20 p.m., Fridays beginning Sept. 1 in Krannert Building, Krannert Auditorium (Room 140), 403 W. State St. The talks are free and open to the public, space permitting.

Speakers include:

Sept. 1 – David Hummels, dean and professor of economics, Krannert School of Management, (West Lafayette).

Sept. 8 – Jim and Janet Mellott, owners, Northwest Interiors Inc., (Elkhart, Indiana).

Sept. 15 – Jim Longstreth, managing director, Noyes, (Indianapolis).

Sept. 22 – Jerry Palm, senior writer, CBS Sports, (Chicago).

Sept. 29 – Cheryl Grace, senior vice president, Nielsen, (Chicago).

Oct. 6 – Tiffany Sauder, president, Element Three, (Indianapolis).

Oct. 13 – Mike Mason, CEO, Great Bear Petroleum, (Alaska).

Oct. 20 – Bob Toth, managing director, CCMP Capital Advisors, (New York).

Oct. 27 – Annetta Moses, senior manager customer insights, Amazon, (Seattle).

Nov. 3 – Katie Nauman, head of global marketing workstation computers, HP, (San Diego).

Nov. 10 – Cheryl Schlater, talent development leader, General Electric Co., (Cincinnati).

Nov. 17 –Suzanne Crouch, Indiana Lieutenant Governor.

Dec.1 – Pablo Puente, associate, Mayer Brown LLP, (Chicago). 

State Street Redevelopment Project construction is in progress on the Purdue University West Lafayette campus. This work has closed a large portion of State Street and significantly affected surrounding thoroughfares in West Lafayette.
