Free career workshop to be hosted at Kurz Purdue Technology Center

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – Recent graduates and job seekers can receive advice and tools from career experts through a free workshop on April 30, at the West Lafayette Purdue Research Park.

The workshop titled "Winning a New Career: Succeeding After Graduation," is hosted by Career Search Universe, a career marketing firm in the Midwest that offers career consultations to professionals and executives.

The event is 9-11 a.m. in the Kurz Purdue Technology Center, 1281 Win Hentschel Blvd., West Lafayette, Indiana. The workshop is free and open to the public. Business casual dress is suggested.

The workshop will present topics on how to get employed faster and more efficiently, how to generate resumes and cover letters, pricing yourself and negotiation, how to successfully land a job and penetrate the un-published market.
