Amber Mizerik (IT Infrastructure Services): Thanks to Amber for all her help resolving some issues I was having with the Reporting system for Blackboard Transact. Many in our tech support areas of ITaP don't get the true recognition they deserve for all the help they provide. Amber worked with me to find and fix the issue, even though the issue was not in fact her area of expertise.
