President Mitch Daniels, state Rep. Sheila Klinker, West Lafayette Mayor John Dennis and others take part in the ribbon cutting for Another Broken Egg Café on Tuesday (Aug. 25) in Seng-Liang Wang Hall.
The restaurant, known for its omelets, pancakes, burgers and salads, is the first to open in Wang Hall, a public/private building of 147,000-square-foot owned by the Purdue Research Foundation. Wang Hall also houses facilities for the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, other Purdue academic and administrative offices and a branch of the Purdue Federal Credit Union.
Another Broken Egg Café occupies 3,350-square-feet in Wang Hall with indoor seating for 100 and space for 24 more on an outside patio.
