Posting Summary:
The Senior Director of Organizational Effectiveness will establish the University's Organizational Effectiveness Department and position it as a competitive advantage for achieving business objectives and University strategic priorities. Provide key leadership and vision to manage the Communication, Training, Leadership & Organizational Development and Change Management Departments. Work with University leaders to develop and lead the execution of strategic initiatives & best practice solutions to enhance organizational performance. Utilize workforce analytics to drive change, enhance employee engagement and to inform HR decision and policy making across the University.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Educational Administration, Public Administration, Public Policy or related field.
- Ten years or more of progressive Human Resources experience focused on organizational effectiveness, organizational development, change management, training, and communication.
- Strong transformational leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal / written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate to a broad range of audiences and work collaboratively with diverse groups of colleagues.
- Strong business acumen, organizational skills, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to recruit, develop, and mentor a top-notch team capable of supporting future growth.
- Ability to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace and community.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a related field.
