OIE to offer AccessU Summit 2014

The Office of Institutional Equity is offering faculty and staff the opportunity to participate in AccessU Summit 2014, a one-day online conference featuring some of the Web's most notable experts on accessibility. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions directly to the conference speakers.
The conference sessions will be shown from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. May 12 in Stewart Center, Room 202. Participants can register for any or all of the sessions:
* Mobile Accessibility: 10-11 a.m.
* ARIA and Accessible JavaScript: 11 a.m.-noon
* Intro to Accessibility issues in PDF: Noon-1 p.m.
* Accessibility Implementation Planning: 2-3 p.m.
* Accessible Media for the Web: 3-4 p.m.
* Test Plans, Reporting, and Feedback: 4-5 p.m.
