Purdue Print Center FAQ

Purdue has entered into an agreement with Xerox, which will operate the centralized printing services operations at the West Lafayette campus beginning Monday (Feb. 3).

Here are answers to some expected questions:

Will the locations remain the same?

Yes. Locations will remain the same.

Hours: 7:30 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Friday

Hours listed are for the fall and spring semesters.

Are people losing their jobs?

All 16 Purdue employees affected by this transition have been offered positions with Xerox and all have accepted the employment offer.

How do I submit a job request or service request?

The job submission process will remain the same for the immediate future until Xerox can assess the current offerings and processes. Any changes will be communicated via Purdue Today and directly from the Purdue Print Center.

Where and how do I order business cards, letterhead, etc?

Continue to use the same process as before (see answer above) until directed otherwise from the Purdue Print Center.

Who will help me order promotional items, such as key chains, etc?

Contact customer service representatives at the phone number above. 

What about the Sign Center?

The Sign Center is also now part of Purdue Print Center. For any Sign Center orders, contact the Purdue Print Center at 49-42006.

Can I still get a Printing Services calendar?

Yes. The 2014/2015 calendars are printed and available for distribution. Call or email to request copies. (Note: In order to be more environmentally responsible, the 2015 calendar has been printed on the back of the 2014 calendar.)
