The Office of the Vice President for Research is celebrating women researchers at Purdue with its "31 Days of Purdue Women" series on its Research at Purdue social media pages.
To coincide with Women's History Month, the Research at Purdue pages on Facebook, Twitter and Google+ are featuring daily posts about current and past Purdue women researchers.
"My co-workers and I are privileged to meet and work with many talented women at Purdue who are seeking to make the world a better place, and this series gives us a chance to showcase their work and advance the role of women researchers at the University," says Angie Roberts, writer/graphic designer who oversees social media in the Office of Research Communications. "Our hope is that our followers will share our enthusiasm for the great work that Purdue women are doing and have done for many years at Purdue."
