Anthem offering one-on-one appointments on Friday

Anthem representatives will be available on Friday (March 7) at the West Lafayette campus to meet one-on-one with employees about their 2014 Purdue medical coverage. Anthem is Purdue’s 2014 medical plan administrator.
Anthem representatives will be available noon-5 p.m. in Purdue Memorial Union, rooms 256 and 260.
Employees may benefit from talking with an Anthem representative about costs and medical plan coverage. Anthem can also help with claim issues.
Participants covered on a 2014 Purdue medical plan who wish to meet with an Anthem representative should call Stacy Goss at 317-287-5441. Any participant who reaches Goss's voice mail should leave a message including the participant's name, phone number and preferred appointment time.
Although appointments are highly encouraged, Anthem representatives will meet with participants on a walk-in basis, if time allows.
