Anthem offering one-on-one appointments at West Lafayette campus

Anthem representatives will be available at the West Lafayette campus several days this winter to meet one-on-one with employees about their 2014 Purdue medical coverage. Anthem is Purdue’s 2014 medical plan administrator.
Employees may benefit from talking with an Anthem representative about costs and medical plan coverage. Anthem can also help with claim issues.
Participants covered on a 2014 Purdue medical plan who wish to meet with an Anthem representative should call Stacy Goss at 317-287-5441. Any participant who reaches Goss's voice mail should leave a message including the participant's name, phone number and preferred appointment time.
Although appointments are highly encouraged, Anthem representatives will meet with participants on a walk-in basis, if time allows.
Anthem representatives will be at the West Lafayette campus at the following dates and times:
* Feb. 21 -- 8 a.m.-1 p.m., Purdue Memorial Union, Room 260.
* Feb. 27 -- 8 a.m.-1 p.m., Purdue Memorial Union, Room 263A.
* March 7 -- noon-5 p.m., Purdue Memorial Union, Room 256 and Purdue Memorial Union, Room 260.
