WBAA fall member drive ends today

October 17, 2013

Today (Oct. 17) marks the final day of the 2013 fall membership drive for WBAA, public radio from Purdue.

"Thanks to more than 75 current WBAA listener-supporters who gave additional gifts to encourage new membership, the station has welcomed the largest number of new members to join in one week in its history during this drive," says Greg Kostraba, WBAA program director and interim station manager. "We're hoping to build on those strong numbers on the drive's final day."

Contributions can be made by phone at 49-61999 through 7 p.m. today or online at any time. Additional information on member benefits can be found on the member benefits page. As a nonprofit, listener-supported radio station, WBAA depends on its listener-supporters to support the station's programming costs.
