Seminars scheduled for GPRI director candidates

The Global Policy Research Institute Director Search Committee is hosting seminars for three candidates for the GPRI director position in March and April.

Candidates will present a seminar on their vision for the institute. The candidates and their seminar times are:

* March 19 (T). 9:30-10:30 a.m. Krannert Building, Krannert Auditorium (Room 140). Franklin Mink, interim president, National Disease Research Interchange.

* March 27 (W). 9:30-10:30 a.m. Krannert Building, Krannert Auditorium (Room 140). Robert Rich, retired director of the Institute of Government and Public Affairs and retired professor of law, political science, medicine and public health, University of Illinois.

* April 1 (M). 9:30-10:30 a.m. Krannert Building, Krannert Auditorium (Room 140). Volker Franke, associate professor of conflict management, Department of Political Science and International Affairs, Kennesaw State University.

There will be a short reception immediately following each presentation in the Krannert Drawing Room.
